Diana Rigg

Dame Enid Diana Elizabeth Rigg, DBE (born 20 July 1938) is an English actress, well known for her theatre, film and television work both in Britain and America.

Rigg made her professional stage debut in 1957 and joined the RSC in 1959. On television, she starred in the 1989 BBC miniseries Mother Love, for which she won a BAFTA Award for Best Actress and the 1997 adaptation of Rebecca, which won her an Emmy Award.

Rigg was made a CBE in 1988 and a Dame (DBE) in 1994
